Some counties have pro bono and low-cost attorney referral services.

Pennsylvania Judiciary Web Portal: You can look for information and resources for your legal issue on the state legal system website at the https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/.

Healthcare system issues: There are different specialized types of medical ombudsman offices in Pennsylvania or Pennsylvania counties, for example for mental health, aging, and long-term care. You can google “ombudsman” and terms related to your healthcare issues to see if there is an ombudsman office. An ombudsman is someone who assists people with complaints within an organization or system.

Immigration Legal Aid: Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center (PIRC) provides immigration legal assistance. https://www.pirclaw.org/. HIAS Pennsylvania provides legal and social services to low-income and at-risk immigrants and refugees. https://hiaspa.org/

Some county bar associations have local reconciliation programs, but that varies from county to county.
